As the end of the year rolls around, many companies are holding company dinners and trips to reward workers for the hard work they have put in for the year. It’s not all just revelry at these company events as these are also opportunities for managers and bosses to review the year and set future goals in a less formal setting.
While some events are held on a larger scale, others may be smaller in scale for a close-knit team. These events are designed to be more interactive and engaging so everyone can bond and actively participate.
Corporate team bonding activities can come in many forms including a short- and sweet-day trip for employees to relax and recharge before the start of a new year. It also won’t be burdensome for employees with families who may not want to leave home for a long period.
With Singapore Dollar reaching an all-time high against Malaysian Ringgit, companies based in Singapore may want to organise company day trips across the Causeway and get a change in scenery altogether.
